2022
The beginning of residential real estate development
The company enters the real estate market. Business-class apartment blocks are being built in Cherepovets and Arkhangelsk.
2021
Maxi shopping and entertainment center in Kirov
On 1st March 2021, the seventh regional entertainment and shopping center with a total area of 55,000 m² was built.
2020
60 retail stores
The retail chain went up to 60 stores in 7 cities. The first Maxi supermarket in Yaroslavl was built.

Online store
We launched an app that helps you order Maxi goods in Vologda.
In 2021, the online store started operating in Cherepovets, Arkhangelsk and Severodvinsk.

Maxi headquarters
The head office in Vologda was designed and built by Maxi. The 10,500 m² building, which has lecture halls, restaurants and a gym, accommodates nearly one thousand employees.
2018
40 retail stores
Maxi retail chain went up to 40 stores. New hypermarkets and supermarkets were built in Vologda, Cherepovets and Arkhangelsk. The chain expanded to Severodvinsk and Kirov.
2017
Maxi Energy
We launched a corporate sporting project: our employees and their families can participate in different kind of races, including ski races and bike races, soccer and volleyball tournaments and quizzes.
2016
Maxi shopping and entertainment center in Arkhangelsk
The 6th regional Maxi shopping and entertainment center opened at 38 Leningradsky prospekt. Its total area is 65,000 m². The grocery anchor is the Maxi hypermarket.
2015
Maxi shopping and entertainment center in Tula
The company’s biggest shopping and entertainment center (105,350 m²) opened on 27th November 2015 in Tula at 2 Proletarskaya street and became the biggest shopping mall in the region.

Maxi shopping and entertainment center in Smolensk
On 20th November, the 4th regional Maxi shopping and entertainment center with an area of 63,750 m² was opened.

Private label development
Beginning of the store brand development with the launch of the first products under the brand “Yarkaya Tsena”.
2012
Maxi shopping and entertainment center in Petrozavodsk
The shopping and entertainment center with the total area of 57,755 m² opened on 4th August 2012 in the city center at 14 Lenina Street.

Maxi shopping and entertainment center in Cherepovets
The 35,450 m² shopping and entertainment center was opened on 12/12/12 at 200 Pobedy prospekt. The grocery anchor is the Maxi hypermarket that marked the opening of the first Maxi store outside of Vologda.
2011
Maxi shopping and entertainment center in Syktyvkar
On 11/11/11 the first Maxi shopping and entertainment center opened outside of the home region – in the Republic of Komi. The total area is 44,000 m².
2008
Shopping centers in Vologda
In the years 2006 - 2008, the company built 4 shopping malls in Vologda, including some of the largest ones – Oasis and Forum.
2007
Food production
The company launched a food factory that produces pre-processed food, ready meals and confectionery.

Maxi started developing commercial real estate by building shopping centers in Vologda

Retail chain launch
Three full-scale Maxi supermarkets opened in Vologda; of them equipped with kitchens that produce ready meals and pre-processed food.

Branch in Velikiy Ustyug
The company branched out to the East of Vologda region and the adjacent Arkhangelsk and Kirov regions.
1999
Wholesale and logistics center
The wholesale base was built at 87 Klubova street. It laid the foundation for all the future success in the development of trade.

Company foundation
Maxi began its journey in Vologda as a food wholesaler and distributor.
