We offer:

Maxi hypermarkets and supermarkets are mostly separate one-story shopping facilities located in densely populated parts of the city. The hypermarkets take up the space up to 12,000 m² and supermarkets can be as big as 3,000 m². Every store has its own parking with convenient access and exit roads. The anchor tenants here are Maxi grocery stores.
They generate a stable traffic with an average of up to 12,000 hypermarket and 5,000 supermarket visitors daily.

Entertainment and shopping centers
Maxi entertainment and shopping centers in Tula, Smolensk, Kirov, Arkhangelsk and Petrozavodsk are some of the biggest and most important commercial properties in these cities. The area of these malls ranges from 55,000 m² to 105,350 m².
The total daily traffic is up to 700,000 customers.

We invite real estate agencies to cooperate with us in terms of selling apartments in Maxi Life business class residential complexes. Currently there are 14 houses in 3 regions at different implementation stages. The company has a land bank of 13 ha and the portfolio of residential real estate projects expected to amount to over 150,000 m².
The commission earned by promoting Maxi Life projects depends on the number of joint sales.

Offer properties

We will consider your offers for purchase or long-term rent of spaces for commercial real estate (retail stores, warehouses), as well as land for construction of commercial and residential properties.

We are interested in:

  • cities with a population from 300,000 people,
  • premises from 200 to 100,000 m², land from 0.25 to 5 ha with good transport accessibility and a favorable location in major residential areas,
  • priority regions: North-Western, Central, and Privolzhsky Districts.
